Museum Tower Condos are on the drawing board. They will be located at McKinney and Ross in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. The 42-story building will feature 122 luxury condos ranging in size from 1450 sq ft to 8700 sq ft.
Museum Tower will be adjacent to the proposed Woodall Rodgers Park and a performance park, which are planned to feature public fountains and a movie pavilion.
Amenities include a fitness center and wellness director, ground floor art gallery, community kitchen, owner’s lounge, 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool and fireplace, bocce ball court, outdoor grilling area, on-site dog park, and activities such as private lectures, symposiums, culiinary lectures, symposiums, and children’s programs.
