One Arts Plaza in the Arts District of Downtown DallasOne Arts Plaza Condos are located at Ross, Routh, and Flora Streets in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. There are 68 luxury condos ranging in size from approximately 1300 sf to 3200 sf. This is the first of four buildings of the 10 acre mixed use development consisting of office, retail, five upscale restuarants, and luxury condos on the top 18 through 24 floors.

Museum Tower Condos in Downtown DallasMuseum Tower Condos are on the drawing board. They will be located at McKinney and Ross in the Arts District of Downtown Dallas. The 42-story building will feature 122 luxury condos ranging in size from 1450 sq ft to 8700 sq ft.

Museum Tower will be adjacent to the proposed Woodall Rodgers Park and a performance park, which are planned to feature public fountains and a movie pavilion.

Amenities include a fitness center and wellness director, ground floor art gallery, community kitchen, owner’s lounge, 24-hour concierge, outdoor pool and fireplace, bocce ball court, outdoor grilling area, on-site dog park, and activities such as private lectures, symposiums, culiinary lectures, symposiums, and children’s programs.
